Terms of Use
The terms on which you may use this website. They cover the site itself — buying from us is governed separately.
Last updated 7 August 2026
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of supplyhubuk.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They do not govern any dealings you have with us as a business. Quotations, orders, pricing, credit accounts, delivery, returns and everything else about the supply of goods and services are covered by our separate terms and conditions of sale, which we agree with you as a customer. Nothing on this page varies those terms, and nothing in those terms is affected by this page.
2. Who we are
This site is operated by Supply Hub Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15365112, with its address at The Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre, Hopwood Lane, Halifax, HX1 5ER. You can reach us at sales@supplyhub.group or 0330 043 3764.
3. Using the site
You may use this site for your own business or personal purposes: read it, print it, and share links to it. You may not:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in breach of anyone else’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or anything connected to it;
- knowingly introduce viruses, or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details from the site, including for training machine-learning systems, without our written permission;
- submit false information, or somebody else’s details, through our contact form, call-back request or chat; or
- use the site in a way that could disable, overburden or impair it, or interfere with anybody else’s use of it.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, to anyone, without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
4. Our content
All content on this site — text, photography, illustrations, layout, code and design — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The Supply Hub name and logo are our trade marks. You may not copy, adapt, republish or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission, beyond the ordinary use described above.
Photography on this site is licensed stock imagery unless captioned otherwise. It illustrates the categories we supply; it does not depict our own premises, staff or customers.
5. Information on the site is not an offer
We describe the categories we supply and the way we work, but the site is a shop window rather than a shop. Product descriptions, availability and any prices or savings mentioned are indicative, may change, and are not an offer capable of acceptance. No contract comes into existence between us through this website.
Submitting the contact form, requesting a call back or completing the chat is an enquiry, not an order. A contract is only formed when we have given you a written quotation or order confirmation and the terms of sale referred to in section 1 apply.
We take care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete or up to date. Nothing here is advice — professional, technical, regulatory or otherwise. If you need to be certain about a specification, a compliance standard or a price, ask us and we will confirm it for you in writing.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of it without notice. We will not be liable to you if the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for arranging your own access to the site, and for making sure everyone who accesses it through your internet connection is aware of these terms.
7. Links to other sites
Where this site links to third-party websites — including our product catalogue, mapping and social media — those links are provided for information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them. Their own terms and privacy policies will apply.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, and because this website is provided free of charge:
- we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied into these terms; and
- we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of or inability to use this site or from reliance on any content on it.
If you are using the site as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, this section does not affect your statutory rights.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus or other technologically harmful material that infects your equipment as a result of using this site. You should use your own virus protection.
9. Your data
We only use personal data as set out in our privacy policy, which also explains the cookies this site uses and how to change your choice about them.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site. Please check back from time to time.
11. Governing law
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continue in force.
